Dennis Benedetto moved to Durango, CO (originally from upstate New York) in late 2015. He has always enjoyed helping people and was searching for a way to have a bigger impact on the lives of those around him. This is what propelled him into a career in Life Coaching and clinical Massage Therapy.

His healing practice includes energy and body work in the following forms: Reiki, Craniosacral therapy, chakra balancing, Deep Tissue massage, Human Design and NLP Life Coaching. Feeding his long interest in the philosophy of human behavior and the power of our mental charges, he became a Life Coach studying under Roland Kemokai of the Global Empowerment Institute. He maintains a Colorado License to practice Massage Therapy. He later built upon his experience volunterring with a Leadership Training and through contnued education wiith the American Union of NLP.. In 2018, he began studying Human Dssign with the International School of Human Design and is now offering personalized chart readings that empower his clients to trust themselves and utilize the knowledge in their daily lives.

Dennis appreciates the complexity of our body's design and believes in it's ability to heal itself. In his sessions, he works with each client interactively to create a positive therapeutic outcome. He navigates between the realms of the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies to bridge any gaps that may be preventing wholeness. He is centered, compassionate and insightful.

In his free time he enjoys a variety of activities like reading, ice hockey, playing chess and being around horses. He also has a strong interest in building sustainable communicity and discovering the many ways that can look.
